| 2. The foundation details provided are for typical soil conditions, wind loading etc., |
| 3. Foundation hardwares can be supplied with poles at extra cost indicated in page no. F1, F2, F3. |
| 4. Foundation templates can be supplied at extra cost. |
| 5. Colour choice other than standard finish (as indicated against the items) will be charged 10% extra and for metallic finish 15% extra. |
| 6. Efforts are always on to improve the design and methods to manufacture. Hence actual dimensions are subject to changes without prior notice. |
| 7. The List Prices are ex-factory Chennai and are subject to alteration without prior notice. |
| 8. List price does not include cost of lamps, internal cabling from control gear box to top of the pole, taxes, octroi and other levies. |
| 9. But for Cobra, Tusker, Kalinga, Harpanch, Galaxy, Exendra Series and Solga wall brackets, list prices are exclusive of luminaire cost. (Luminaire out sourced). |
| 10. CST / VAT will be charged extra as applicable. |
| 11. Order shall accompany with an advance of 30% of the value and balance against proforma invoice prior to despatch. |
| 12. Disputes if any are subject to Chennai jurisdiction only. |
